Matt Yglesias has a good article over at Vox summarizing "the outlook for a blue wave". He goes over many of the key data points and developments.
Interestingly, white the subhead of Yglesias' article is "The generic ballot is tightening, but Democrats are still narrowly favored", the generic ballot, per 538's rolling average, has actually been widening lately in the Democrats' favor. Something to keep an eye on.
